The mayor Kyenjojo town council Geoffrey Kagoro Atwooki has implored voters to love, guide and forgive their leaders on service delivery where they have not performed to their expectations.
Kagoro said leaders should not be treated like enemies because they were voted to oversee and monitor all government programs aimed at extending services noting that he is now a reformed leader willing to listen keenly to their views and interests.
He made the remarks during the fundraising for Bucuni primary school where he commended the electorate for their welcoming reception they accord him as leader.
Meanwhile the head teacher of Bucuni primary school Nyakojo Pascal said the teachers of his school were dining in classrooms in front of children which is abnormal in the culture of Toro. He revealed that the staffroom will accommodate all the teachers as it is expected to be finished soon since the fundraising was successful.
He appreciated the wonderful work done by the fundraising team, parents, church and the chief guest Hon.Donald Katalihwa MP Mwenge South who paid cash for all the iron sheets.
